What is the Productivity Solutions Grant?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a Singapore government initiative that helps SMEs adopt pre-scoped digital solutions that have been reviewed and approved by IMDA. Pre-approval means the solution meets a baseline of quality, maturity, and fit for broad SME adoption — you're not evaluating from scratch, and the grant paperwork is simplified because the solution is already vetted.
FR8Labs Modern Operating System is listed as a Pre-Approved Solution under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme. Eligible Singapore SMEs adopting Fr8Labs can apply for PSG support of up to 50% of qualifying costs through the Business Grants Portal.
Who Qualifies for PSG Support?
The Productivity Solutions Grant is designed for Singapore-based SMEs that meet Enterprise Singapore's qualifying criteria. Final eligibility is determined during grant application on the Business Grants Portal.
Registered in Singapore
Business must be registered and operating in Singapore.
Local Shareholding
Minimum of 30% local shareholding by Singaporean / PR individuals.
SME Size
Group annual sales turnover not more than S$100 million, or group employment size not more than 200 employees.
Purchase Not Yet Made
The solution must be used in Singapore, and your business must not have paid, signed, or committed to the purchase before submitting the PSG application.

IMDA reviews and approves the application. Once approved, proceed with implementation — the grant is disbursed against eligible costs.

Fr8Labs deploys and trains your team
We deploy your tenant, configure your workflows, migrate your data, and train your team. You claim the PSG support against invoices Fr8Labs issues for qualifying work.
