Embedded Cargo Insurance
The old way: six or seven emails with a broker before a draft appears. Fr8Labs embeds coverage directly into the shipment screen — draft and issue a COI in near real-time at the same or better rates as going direct. Inspired by how airlines sell travel insurance: a couple of clicks away from the thing you're already booking.
Fr8Pay — Integrated Payments
Customers pay in their local currency via local rails — FX priced at roughly 0.4–0.5% above mid-market instead of the 2–3% spread their bank would charge. Single-invoice payments flow straight into the Fr8Labs ledger with no manual journal entry and no reconciliation spreadsheet. Multi-invoice settlement is next on the roadmap.
